Spa Etiquette

Appointments:
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Same day appointments and walk-ins are always welcome! However we do advise you to book as far in advance as possible to receive your preferred choice of times and treatments. As an added convenience we have both male and female registered massage therapists. Unless you state a personal preference, we will schedule your appointment depending on availability.

Lateness Policy:
If you do happen to arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that's not available, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking.

Cancellation Policy:
A credit card number may be required to guarantee your booking. A 24hr notice for cancellation is required or a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment will be charged. No-Shows will be billed at 100% of treatment charge.

Upon Arrival:
We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment as a completed case history form will be required for your initial visit. Upon arrival, we ask that you please place cell phones and other mobile devices in silent mode.

Important Notes:
For your added comfort, we recommend that you allow an hour between your last meal and your treatment. Additionally, try to avoid the consumption of coffee and alcoholic beverages prior to any wellness service.
